Job Description

1.   Define a detailed Project Scope and facilitate Team Roster and personnel selection.
2.   Integrate, develop and execute Product/Process Transfer goals of the receiving/sending plants.
3.   Develop the project timeline and deliverables documents for each transfer phase.
4.   Develop Project Team long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines of the transfer project.
5.   Lead the transfer team meetings and to maintain accurate minutes and follow up action’s items.
6.   Keep proper team communication and team time management.
7.   Coordinate and lead the cross-functional efforts to successfully address the following: Materials Supply Planning, Quality Plans, Transfer and Development of Device Master Records, Develop Lean Manufacturing for new process/product transfers & Product Costing and savings analysis and justification.
8.   Manage the transfer deliverables phase exit reviews.
9.   Resolve any process/quality issues during through project phases.
10.   Serving as a main point of contact to review product/process specifications found during the transfer and ensure team actions remain in synergy.
11.   Develop Process Transfer Qualification Master Plan by meeting BD Quality System and Standard.
12.   Be able to interpretate and implement International Quality Regulations required by multiples regions.
13.   Be able to provide coaching and mentoring and develop new talent.
