Job Description Summary

The Implementation Specialist is a figure involved in the process of installation of products and services, who interacts with customers frequently and acts independently with a good knowledge of products, technologies and processes on the Application plan assigned.

Also, is responsible for installing a wide range of products and services that involve extensive customer interaction. The Implementation Specialist works closely with teammates and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction. Possess a close understanding of systems application and interface.

For the most effective care of our customers and patients, willingness to partly work during night time and/or weekends is required. Night and weekend duties are part of the position and are additionally compensated in accordance to the applicable work agreement contract and the internal compensation model.

Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrates a working understanding of products, related technologies (hardware and software) and the Application process
  • Independently executes assigned deliverables from the Application plan as performing all the necessary meetings with the customer, both on-site and remotely
  • Works with the Project Management Office in coordinating and performing all the project phases including equipment/software installation and customers training
  • Performs general training of products and technologies. Collaborate with the team to Integrate basic products/services with customer systems and processes
  • Has developed knowledge and skills in Products Application; still acquiring / expanding fundamental knowledge and higher-level skills
  • Provides high technical support level to existing customers in the assigned Region, on-site and remote.
  • Performs products hardware and software repair activities on customers site
  • Performs products Preventive Maintenance activities on customers site
  • Demonstrates attention to detail when compiling and reporting information; reviews work to ensure that information complies with quality standards
  • Builds awareness of the change process and related tools and recognizes the impact that change has on peers and self

About you

  • Technical/IT background, experience with virtual platforms and networking systems
  • Project delivery adopting SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Technical Project Documentation
  • Deep technical knowledge and experience supporting proprietary and standard applications
  • Willingness to Travel up to 80% in the assigned region and sometimes as support within Central Europe. Driving License
  • Fluency in Spanish & English. Additional Languages like French or Italian are a plus

Salary range for this role 35000€ - 45000€
