Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS)
As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anesthesia, and closed medication management.
Activities:
Develops a regional Access strategy
- Partners with Regional Marketing and Medical Affairs to build and articulate economical evidence
- Develops segmentation models based on insurers’ reimbursement models
- Develops evidence compendia aimed at addressing insurers’ pains
Partners with Country BU teams to:
- Prioritize insurers based on size and payment pathways
- Identify financial stakeholders and their pains
- Enable the execution of the strategy
Supports Pricing Strategy and Execution
- Overlooks price lists definition and maintenance on CPQ
- Monitor escalation rules
Requirements:
- Studies: Marketing, Administration, Economics, Business, Engineering, Medical. Specialization in health economics a plus.
- Language: Fluent English (written/oral) a must. Spanish/Portuguese a plus.
- Previous Experience: HEOR/Access required. Pharma a plus.
- Tools: Salesforce/CPQ a plus
