Job Description Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Application Specialist (임상병리사) to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in clinical pathology or medical device applications. You will play a key role in supporting the implementation, training, and troubleshooting of our diagnostic solutions in clinical settings across Korea.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site and remote application support for clinical diagnostic equipment and software.
Conduct product demonstrations and user training for healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure successful product implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner.
Collect user feedback and contribute to product improvement discussions.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and service activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Clinical Pathology, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
Certified 임상병리사 (Clinical Laboratory Scientist) in Korea.
0–2 years of relevant experience in a clinical or medical device environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel domestically for customer support and training.
Basic proficiency in English is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) or diagnostic instruments.
Experience in customer-facing roles or technical support.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
