Production Operator | BD Singapore (Tuas)

Looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with a global healthcare leader?

At BD, you'll play a vital role in producing life-saving medical technologies used by patients around the world. We're seeking motivated Production Technicians to join our high-performing manufacturing team in Tuas.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to achieve production, quality, and safety targets.

• Troubleshoot machine and equipment issues to minimize downtime.

• Perform preventive maintenance, machine cleaning, and routine servicing.

• Conduct in-process inspections and manage non-conforming products according to quality requirements.

• Execute machine and product changeovers, including material, tooling, and setup changes.

• Accurately record production, downtime, waste, and materials data in MES systems.

• Support continuous improvement, Kaizen, and operational excellence initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive productivity and quality performance.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, production, technical operations, or machine maintenance is preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-based production environment.

• Committed to safety, quality, GMP compliance, and continuous improvement.

• Eager to learn and grow within a world-class manufacturing organization.
