What You'll Do
As a Production Technician, you will support daily manufacturing operations while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
Operating production machinery and manufacturing processes
Troubleshooting equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
Performing preventive maintenance activities including cleaning, servicing, and replacement of components
Monitoring, recording, and maintaining machine and process parameters
Conducting inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Managing and containing non-conforming products in accordance with quality standards
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and production projects
Maintaining accurate production, material, waste, and downtime records within MES systems
Performing material handling activities including packing, unpacking, loading, and unloading
Conducting visual inspections using microscopes and inspection equipment
Ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and quality requirements
Who We're Looking For
Secondary School, N-Level, O-Level, SPM, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma qualification
Candidates must have the legal right to work in Singapore
Comfortable working in a manufacturing cleanroom and/or production environment
Able to commit to a permanent Day Shift or permanent Night Shift
Able to stand for extended periods during work activities
Manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
