Job Description

Position Summary

The APAC Integration & Readiness Lead will serve as the regional program lead responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving integration readiness activities across multiple business functions and countries within APAC.

This role will lead cross-functional workstreams spanning Commercial Systems, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Operations, Customer Master Data, Pricing, Portfolio Transition, and Country Readiness. The position will ensure business continuity throughout the integration journey while enabling successful deployment of future-state operating models, systems, and processes.

The role will work closely with Regional Leadership, Country Teams, Global Integration Teams, IT, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Quality, and Commercial organizations to deliver integration milestones, mitigate risks, and coordinate execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional integration planning, governance, and execution activities across APAC.

  • · Ensure business continuity throughout and following the integration and transition period by proactively identifying risks, coordinateing mitigation plans, and minimizing disruption to cusomters, employees, and on ongoing operations.

  • · Drive successful integration and standardization of country-level processes, systems, and governance practices into the global operating framework while balancing local business requirements and regulatory needs.

  • · Coordinate multiple integration workstreams and ensure alignment with overall integration objectives and timelines.

  • · Establish project governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and escalation processes.

  • · Maintain integrated project plans and readiness dashboards.

  • · Provide executive-level updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.

2. Commercial Systems & Data Readiness

  • · Coordinate readiness activities related to commercial systems, including:

  • Salesforce (SFDC)

  • CPQ and Pricing platforms

  • ERP systems

  • Customer Master Data

  • Product Master Data

  • Reporting and analytics platforms

  • Support data migration planning, cleansing, validation, and governance.

  • Ensure system dependencies are identified and managed across country deployments.

  • Partner with IT and global teams to support testing, deployment, and go-live readiness activities.

  • The role may support SFDC, CPQ, ERP, customer master, pricing, and data harmonization initiatives that are currently included within the commercial systems integration roadmap.

  • Identify and mitigate operational risks related to product movement and supply continuity.

  • Partner with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Operations teams to support transition execution.

3. Portfolio & SKU Transition Management

  • Drive portfolio transition and SKU rationalization activities across APAC.

  • Support product mapping, portfolio migration, and product lifecycle decisions.

  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Operations teams.

  • Monitor portfolio transition risks and readiness requirements for each country.

4. Regulatory, Quality & Operational Readiness

  • Coordinate regional and local readiness activities related to:

  • Product registrations

  • Regulatory approvals

  • Quality compliance requirements

  • Local business operating requirements

  • Support readiness tracking for country-specific regulatory and operational milestones.

  • Partner closely with Regulatory Affairs and Quality teams to identify risks and escalation requirements.

  • Ensure integration activities are executed in accordance with applicable compliance and quality standards.

5. Country Readiness & Execution Management

  • Serve as the central coordination point between regional and country integration teams.

  • Support country-level execution planning and readiness assessments.

  • Facilitate issue resolution across cross-functional teams and countries.

  • Monitor critical path activities and ensure timely completion of key deliverables.

  • Drive accountability for execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.

6. Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership

  • Act as a key liaison between Regional Leadership, Country Teams, Integration PMO, IT, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality organizations.

  • Facilitate governance meetings and decision-making forums.

  • Support change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities.

  • Drive adoption of future-state processes and operating models.

  • Ensure knowledge transfer and sustainable handover post-integration.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.

  • 8–12+ years of experience in:

  • Program Management

  • Integration Management

  • Commercial Operations

  • Supply Chain Operations

  • Business Transformation

  • PMO Leadership

  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional integration or transformation programs.

  • Proven experience managing complex stakeholder environments across multiple countries.

  • Experience working in APAC regional roles preferred.

  • PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred

Please note this is a contract role that ends in December 2028
