Job Summary

The Associate Director, Supply Chain Process Transformation is responsible for driving operational excellence and digital innovation across the regional supply chain. This role leads strategic transformation programs, builds advanced analytics capabilities, and enables real-time visibility across planning and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and change management skills, effectively engaging cross-functional stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement, digital fluency, and data-driven decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities

Strategy and Transformation Program Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end program management of key supply chain transformation initiatives across planning and logistics, ensuring alignment with global strategies and measurable business impact.
  • Develop robust cases for technology enablement and operational transformation-focused projects, inclusive of impact/financial projections, scope, roadmap, and change management strategies.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, providing recommendations, insights, and solutions to leadership to advise and guide strategic direction.
  • Distill complex multi-year programs into actionable short-term projects.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives to enable the achievement of business unit goals including the Cost to Win program.

Build Data Science and Analytics Capabilities

  • Build and scale data science and analytics capabilities to support predictive insights, scenario modeling, and performance optimization.
  • Design and deploy real-time visibility dashboards to monitor critical KPIs such as inventory levels, service performance, and fulfillment metrics.
  • Collaborate with TGS (Technology & Global Services) and data teams to ensure robust data architecture, governance, and integration across platforms.

Process Excellence Delivery

  • Drive business process excellence by applying Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements.
  • Standardize and optimize core supply chain processes using best practice frameworks and digital enablers.
  • Lead productivity initiatives aimed at streamlining operations and enabling more autonomous, data-driven decision-making across the supply chain.

Change Management & Transformation

  • Lead change management efforts to embed digital tools, analytics, and continuous improvement practices into daily operations.
  • Influence and align senior stakeholders across regions and functions, fostering collaboration and accountability in transformation efforts.

Digital Upskilling

  • Champion digital upskilling across the supply chain organization by identifying capability gaps, curating learning paths, and fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
  • Act as a visible leader and coach, building capability and engagement across supply chain teams to support a high-performance, innovation-driven culture.
  • Track and report on transformation progress, risks, and value realization to senior leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 5 years in transformation, analytics, or program leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning and logistics processes.

Skills Required

  • Expertise in program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP).
  • Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE).
  • Experience with data science tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
  • Demonstrated experience in applying Lean, Six Sigma for continuous improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to lead change, inspire teams, and translate business needs into technical solutions and actionable insights.

Skills Preferred

  • Master’s degree (MBA, MS in Supply Chain, Data Science, or Operations).
  • Certifications such as APICS CSCP, PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
