Job Description Summary
As a Senior Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Specimen Management portfolio. You will own and account for success of Product. Your key responsibility will develop and execute product strategies, support sales teams, engage with key stakeholders, and ensure the successful launch and lifecycle management of products. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, market insight, and cross-functional collaboration.Job Description
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactical plans to drive product growth and market share.
- Serve as the product expert, providing in-depth product knowledge and training to internal teams and external customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support key account development, customer engagement, and field activities.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Lead product launches, including planning, training, promotional materials, and post-launch evaluation.
- Work closely with regional and global teams to align local strategies with corporate objectives.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement or innovation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and corporate standards in all product-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing:
Development Marketing Strategy and implement tactical plans
- Product Knowledge:
Staying up-to-date on the latest medical device technology, clinical data, and competitor products.
- Technical Support:
Assisting with product demonstrations, providing technical support during procedures, and ensuring proper device usage.
- Travel:
Traveling to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to meet with clients and attend industry events. Sometime need to travel oversea for meeting.
Skills Required:
- Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and Global Marketing teams in English.
- Technical Aptitude:
Ability to understand and explain complex medical devices and their applications.
- Organization and Time Management:
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a sales territory and meet deadlines.
- Business Acumen:
Understanding of medical device market trends, competitor activity, and reimbursement policies.
Education and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science or Healthcare related) is typically required.
- Previous Marketing or Product management experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and clinical practices is beneficial.
