Job Description

Asistente de Contabilidad (enfocado a Activos Fijos)
Colabora con el departamento de contabilidad con registros contables. Apoyo en elaboración de papeles de trabajo para auditores externos (Asesores y gobierno).
Desarrolla tareas contables
Participa en los proyectos que se le sean asignados.
Control, identificación e inventario de activos fijos
Colabora con el departamento de contabilidad en archivo e impresión de documentos no confidenciales.
Desarrolla tareas administrativas básicas.
Apoyo en preparación de alta de activos fijos mediante forma (Place In Service)
Apoyo en disposición de activos fijos (Disposal Form)
Apoyo en tageo activos fijos (Etiquetado activos fijos de activos puestos en servicio)
Soporte en transferencia de activos - Inspeccionar los activos fijos a ser transferidos, tomando datos como (Descripción activo, marca, modelo, serie, número de TAG activo fijo, locación).
Soporte en proceso de venta de activos Fijos
Apoyo en proyectos pendientes de capitalizar (Se lleva control de los proyectos pendientes de capitalizar y se solicita al administrador de proyectos explicación del motivo por el que sigue pendiente)
Apoyo en back Up Altas y Bajas AF - Una vez cerrados los proyectos se deja documentación soporte (Facturas, ordenes de compra, comprobantes de pago, fotos de los activos), y en caso de bajas la forma de disposición firmada.
Apoyo en elaboración de RollForward de activos fijos de manera mensual
Apoyo en cálculo de depreciación de activos fijos mensual
Soporte en explicación en cierre de mes a variación depreciación efectuada en el mes vs Budget.
Soporte en FCST de depreciación (Trimestralmente)
Soporte en Budget de Depreciación (Anualmente)
Apoyo en control, identificación e inventario anual de activos fijos (Semestral y anual)
Apoyo en identificación de Impairment (De manera trimestral elaborar cuestionario)
Soporte en atención a auditores externos (Asesores y gobierno).
Apoyo en registros de reclasificaciones relacionadas a activos fijos
Soporte en presentación a usuarios sobre la política de activos fijos

Requisitos:

6 meses - 1 año en puesto similar
Carrera Técnica.
Ingles - Básico
Manejo de Office, Excel intermedio.
Manejo de SAP indispensable3.
Conocimiento de reglas de auditoría e impuestos
