Our Peripheral Intervention (PI) business unit offers a comprehensive range of medical products, devices and services for the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous disease, cancer detection, and end-stage renal disease and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver product strategies and roadmaps that support regional business objectives and market opportunities.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and commercial performance to identify opportunities for portfolio growth.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including product launches, commercialisation, portfolio optimisation, and end-of-life planning.
- Create product training and marketing materials that enable commercial teams and support customer engagement.
- Monitor product performance using commercial and market data to guide future decisions and portfolio development.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and industry organisations to gather insights and strengthen product adoption.
- Support forecasting, pricing activities, and budget planning for the PVD portfolio.
- Ensure all product activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and company policies.
Preferred Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline. An MBA would be advantageous.

- Knowledge of Peripheral Vascular Disease products or a closely related therapeutic area is highly desired.
- Experience launching new products and managing products throughout their lifecycle is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically and eventually internationally as required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
