This position will report into the Manager, Finance Business Solutions, Record to Report as an integral part of the Global Finance Solutions (GFS) team. The GFS team liaises cross-functionally, sharing responsibility for the implementation, maintenance, improvement, and access and governance of financial accounting and reporting systems with the goal of ensuring the integrity of financial activity for reporting. GFS is a Business Partner (BP) to the global Finance organization, providing training, issue resolution, and key advisory capacity to support and influence Integration and Continuous Improvement projects.

This role provides both process and technology support for the EMEA based systems, SAP ERPs and LOTS, for finance transactions, the month end close activities and annual close activities.  This position will be responsible for assisting with potential process improvements and working within the GFS team to understand and realize those benefits.

Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Subject matter expert in finance transactions and processes in these SAP ERPs and LOTS systems
• Troubleshoots and supports general finance related transactions in these ERP systems.
• Supports month end close and annual close processes in these ERP systems
• Participates in cross functional forum with the TGS organization to support the ERP environment
• Develops and delivers training to the EMEA finance organization on SAP ERPs and LOTS
• Support other activities within the GFS organization as needed
• Participates in special Finance projects as needed

Your Profile:

• BS/BA Finance or Accounting or minimum 3-5 years’ accounting/finance experience
• Proven aptitude towards use of finance transactional and reporting systems
• Results-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication & analytical skills
• Knowledge of SAP and data flow to Business Warehouse and other downstream reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good attention to details
