Job Description Summary

Become a valued member of our team as a Product Life Cycle Operations Support Specialist for Central and Eastern Europe (CE/CEE), where your role is pivotal in coordinating and supporting product life cycle (PLC) operational activities, including discontinuations and new product launches across platforms and functions. You will work closely with the PLC Operations Specialist CE/CEE and Product Managers to ensure timely execution of PLC changes, adhering to established processes and stakeholder commitments. Your expertise will be essential in driving marketing initiatives and product portfolio health within the organization.

Job Description

  • This is a fixed-term position open until March 2026

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate product life cycle (PLC) operational activities across platforms and functions in Central and Eastern Europe, guided by the CE PLC Operations Specialist and Product Managers. 
  • Support product roadmap implementation and tracking, including preparation work of internal and external communications of product changes.
  • Identify project risks and issues (incl. financial impact and migration delays); support timely mitigation and resolution with impacted partners.
  • Create management reports and presentations to keep cross-functional stakeholders informed of timelines, risks, and product statuses. Facilitate timely and effective project communications, including meeting organization and facilitation across key stakeholder groups (e.g., key account management, tender and contract, operations, customer care and sales).
  • Engage key team members to manage activities and deliverables. Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, supply chain, regulatory and regional teams.
  • Maintain oversight of product availability at country-level, including regulatory clearance and commercial readiness. Maintain related local files, such as risk registers, decision databases and product status lists, and engage with stakeholders to clarify or remediate availability gaps. 

About you

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or supply chain.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a large matrix organization, with a background in finance, supply chain, tenders, order management, marketing, or similar fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  •  Fluency in English. Additional working proficiency in German is a preferred.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Process- and action-oriented, takes ownership of tasks and get things done
  • Technical marketing competence is a plus.
