Role Summary:
Designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centric interfaces and experiences for custom business applications. Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype user interfaces for Web, Desktop Apps and Mobile Apps.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Apply UX best practices to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and ease of use.
- Collaborate with UI developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- Maintain design documentation and UI style guides.
- Optimize existing Apps for better usability and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing projects.
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects.
Bonus:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing Power Apps projects.
