Job Description

Job Summary:

The Technical OperatorforSterilizationis responsible foroperatingand maintaining sterilization equipment and systems to ensure the safe and effective sterilization of medical devices,equipment to beusea PC interpretation for HMI.

Responsibilities:

Operate sterilization equipment (PC, HMI) according to validated procedures.
Track all the products around conveyor systems, and Sterilization Room, to unjam boxes or trays.
Loadproductsintoconveyorsandmanipulatethe interface of theHMI.
Unwrap material prior tosterilizationcycle.
Load/unload productmanually oncethe manual line is running.
Monitor and document sterilization cycles, parameters, and outcomes.
Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and minor maintenance.
Maintain accuraterecords of sterilization batches and logs.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to resolve issues.
Identifyand report deviations or equipment malfunctions promptly.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in sterilization processes.
Maintain clean working area.
Follow all safety guidelines and wearappropriate PPE.
Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.

Knowledge and Skills:

Has basic skills training in an analytical/scientific method or operational process.
Ability to read, write,interpretandcomprehenddocuments,and perform basic math calculations.
Ability to perform/operatein ametrics-driven environment.
General computer skills.
Works independently with minimal guidance.
Effective communication skills at a levelco-worker.
Minimal required supervision.
Set priorities among multiple tasks.
