Funciones y Responsabilidades Generales (No más de 10 funciones)

Mantener el cumplimiento operacional de los procesos de producción y las regulaciones vigentes y aplicables a la organización. Elaborar, actualizar e implementar los procedimientos y documentos necesarios en coordinación con el Equipo Enfocado al Producto (PFT) para la operación diaria de las líneas de producción. Dar soporte a las líneas de Producción, atención y cierre de QN. Desarrollar, implementar, mantener y actualizar layout de líneas de ensamble, fixturas de trabajo e instrucciones de manufactura. Elaborar estudios de capacidad del equipo de producción y participación activa en las decisiones de compra de equipo nuevo. Proporcionar soporte en conjunto con los departamentos correspondientes en la investigación y solución de problemas de calidad tales como quejas, defectos y rechazos. Identificar e implementar proyectos de mejora continua en los procesos de manufactura que aseguren beneficios en calidad, tiempos de entrega y costo del producto siguiendo la metodología de Lean-Six Sigma. Participa en la revisión y disposición de material no conforme en la junta de revisiones “MRB” y ordenes de cambio de ingeniería, además da el seguimiento a acciones correctivas. Gestiona una variedad de problemas complejos en proyectos asociados, planes e implementación de proyectos programados Proporcionar dirección técnica. Validar productos o sistemas de proceso nuevos o mejorados. Aprobar protocolos y documentación de soporte (solicitudes de cambios de ingeniería, formularios de cambio de sistema, etc.) para asegurar la liberación del proyecto. Esta es una posición de "aprobador técnico". Ha desarrollado conocimientos y habilidades en su propia familia laboral. Aplica conocimientos y habilidades a una
