Job Description

1.Deberá realizar las investigaciones en campo y en el sistema de video grabación, sobre acontecimientos cuando se lo solicite el manejador de riesgo.

2.Mantener y monitorear que el equipo a su cargo se encuentre en estado óptimo para la función que fue diseñado y reportar de inmediato a su jefe en línea directa, las fallas que se detecten en el sistema.

3.Verificar el cumplimiento de las consignas designadas para el personal de seguridad en las diferentes actividades, así como el resto de los contratistas y empleados e informar en línea directa al encargado de seguridad en turno sobre el incumplimiento de esta.

Informar sobre incumplimientos a las políticas de seguridad y manejo de riesgos y EHS, para tomar las medidas pertinentes, así como organizar la información captada en CCTV y mantener el registro mismo solicitado.

5.Revisar diariamente mediante su sistema y según detalle que le solicite, los vehículos que se encuentren en los estacionamientos de empleados y en avenidas principales frente a la compañía, perímetro externo de edificio, áreas y pasillos de producción y oficinas administrativas y reportar en línea directa los hallazgos.

6.Monitorear el comportamiento sospechoso de visitantes, contratistas y empleados, previniendo la entrada de materiales no autorizados (droga, armas, material peligroso) y apoyando en prevención de pérdidas materiales y bienes propiedad de la compañía.

7.Monitorear los transportes que se reciben con materiales, así como los transportes de empleados durante los cambios de turno, previniendo la entrada de materiales no autorizados (droga, armas, material peligroso) y apoyando en prevención de pérdidas de materiales y bienes propiedad de la compañía.

8.Será el responsable del cuidado y entrenamiento en Pseudos de la unidad canina, como tambiénllevar un registro de bitácoras veterinarias de cada oficial canino.

9.Deberá revisar los contenedores de transporte que ingresen a las instalaciones vacías, cargados o parcialmente cargados, previniendo que no ingrese material no autorizado (drogas, armas, materiales peligrosos), asi mismo revisar el 100% de los contenedores de transporte que salgan de las instalaciones con producto y materia prima de la compañía hacia el país vecino de estados unidos, o los almacenes de soporte, previniendo que no contengan material no autorizado (drogas, armas materiales peligrosos).

10.Deberá cumplir con los lineamientos y procedimientos de las certificaciones C-TPAT, Basc, Neec y Oea.
