職務概要
Advanced Patient Monitoring（クリティカルケア）領域において、製品価値の最大化と市場成長をけん引するポジションです。マーケティング組織の中核メンバーとして、戦略立案から市場浸透、KOL 連携、営業支援まで幅広く活躍いただきます。医療現場に確かな価値を届ける「ビジネス × 医療」の最前線で、ご自身の影響力を存分に発揮できる環境です。
【主な職務内容】
■ 市場戦略の立案と戦略的イニシアチブの推進
・新製品ローンチプランや既存製品の成長戦略を含む総合的なマーケティングプランを企画・実行
・市場データや製品のパフォーマンスとKPIを継続的に分析し、商業的成功を確実にするためのアクションを立案
■ 市場への影響力強化（KOL Engagement）
・Key Opinion Leaders（KOL）と強固な関係を構築し、成長を加速
・エデュケーションやマーケティングコミュニケーションと連携し、効果的なプロモーションツールやキャンペーンを企画
■ 営業・臨床チームのサポート
・営業および医療従事者向けの製品トレーニング、技術サポートの提供し、製品の採用を促進
・市場への影響を最大化するために、インサイトやデータ等を提供することで、現場をサポート
■ 部門横断プロジェクトのリード
・クリニカル・マーケティング・営業などの複数部門と協働し、主要プロジェクトや戦略的イニシアチブを推進
・部門横断プロジェクトにおいて、強いリーダーシップと影響力を発揮
応募要件:
・・医療機器または製薬業界でのマーケティング経験（3～5年）または、医療機器・ライフサイエンス等のコンサルティング経験（3～5年）
・戦略的かつ論理的な思考力
・自主性・主体性を持ち、責任感を持って業務を遂行できる方
・スピード感ある環境での優れたタスクマネジメント能力
・約30%の出張が可能な方
・高いコミュニケーション能力および対人スキル
・Microsoft Office Word / PowerPoint / Excel / Outlook）の実務スキル
・学士号以上
・日本語および英語で円滑にビジネスコミュニケーションが可能な方
