POSITION PURPOSE

Liberator Medical Supply, a subsidiary of BD, is seeking a Product Manager, Data and Analytics to join our Data and Analytics team.Our vision is to create world-class service capabilities making it easier for customers to manage their condition, improve their lives, and access and consume our products. We are building products that are customer-centric, integrated, efficient, flexible, and scalable.

Liberator Medical Supply™ (LMS) has been serving urology and ostomy customers for more than two decades. LMS is dedicated to providing high-quality, innovative medical supplies combined with exemplary customer service, discreet delivery of supplies and support.

The ideal candidate is passionate about product development and data, is an agile practitioner, fosters teamwork, and can build strong interpersonal relationships with the marketing team, technology team, leadership, and stakeholders with a focus on building the right functionality in the right order and helping overcome obstacles. This is a highly visible, business impacting position. The successful candidate must be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and naturally curious. The primary goal of the successful candidate is to create value via data-driven insights and solutions.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the Data Platform development process from ideation to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams and business partners to define requirements and develop features

  • Receive and prioritizes incoming requests from business leaders, analysts, data scientists, and engineers while ensuring alignment with business priorities

  • Develop a roadmap for your areas of ownership and use data and insights to rally the organization around that plan and define the strategy to deliver on the vision

  • Apply advanced analytical and critical thinking skills to understand the business and technology platforms, monitor trends and surface opportunities for improving the solution strategy, design, process and/or technologies

  • Prioritize your product backlog- weighing risk, customer value, product – market fit, dependencies, and effort considering business objectives

  • Manage all aspects of the Data Platform product development lifecycle including: research, design, proposals, prioritization, implementation and post launch maintenance.

  • Ensure healthcare information security best practice controls are in place and they adhere to HIPAA utilizing a common control framework (i.e. NIST, HITRUST)

  • Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and other reusable information assets

  • Create comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials for data and analytics products

ANCILLARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Use product metrics that measure progress towards your goal, communicate regularly, and optimize based on results

  • Guide and motivate a cross-functional team through the full product development lifecycle using discovery, iterative design & agile development methodologies

  • Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external partners

  • Act as a data and analytics champion for the organization promoting both awareness and adoption

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OR QUALIFICATIONS (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (MBA or Masters in Computer Science preferred)

  • 3-5 years of product management and/or technology experience - preferably for an e-commerce property

  • Experience with modern data tools (e.g., Snowflake, Google Analytics), data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and data modelling (Dimensional models, Data Lakes)

  • Experience with Marketing and CRM technologies (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud)

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a collaborative Agile environment (SCRUM) and leading scrum ceremonies such as grooming, planning, daily stand up meetings

  • Mature interpersonal skills to guide interactions with your partners in design, engineering, and other business functions (marketing, sales, customer success, legal)

  • 1+ years of experience programming in SQL

  • Experience with business intelligence and data warehouse concepts & tools

  • Healthcare experience is a plus
