Here, we are looking for Credit Collectors, Credit Controllers, Analysts, and people leaders. The scope of responsibilities changes as you progress. From the collection of outstanding debts, through assessing credit requests and analyzing customer finance KPI's, to leadership roles. Our career path starts with the Junior or Analyst role and goes through Senior, Coordinator, Team Leader to Manager, and Leader.
General Accounting
Centre of Excellence
With a continuous improvement mindset, we drive standardization and centralization of general accounting processes. We specialize in fixed asset accounting, monthly financial reporting, and have a wide range of other activities in scope, including VAT, revenue recognition and balance sheet reconciliations.
European Shared Service Centre
We are experts in bank reconciliations. We assure accurate and timely allocation of in- and outgoing cash.
General Accounting at BD is about collaboration. In the Centres of Excellence, you'll find yourself in the General Ledger area (Accountant, Reviewer, Analyst, Manager, or Leader). In the Finance departments of our Shared Service Centre, the career path starts with the Cash Application Junior Specialist role and growths through Bank Reconciliations Specialist to Coordinator and Team Leaders positions. No matter what your experience is, there are fantastic opportunities, some of which even have three levels of progression within a single role.
