Job Description

Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Verantwortung für die strategische Positionierung und Weiterentwicklung des Portfolios Pyxis & Rowa in der C&EE Region

• Steuerung und Priorisierung von Initiativen in einem komplexen, dynamischen Marktumfeld mit hoher Eigenverantwortung

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung datengetriebener Marketing- und Wachstumsstrategien entlang klar definierter KPIs

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales und Customer Success zur Steigerung von Pipeline, Conversion und Umsatz

• Planung und Umsetzung zielgerichteter Omnichannel-Kampagnen mit messbarer Performance

• Aufbau eines konsistenten, marktspezifischen Value Propositions & Messaging für verschiedene Zielgruppen

• Proaktive Steuerung und Alignment von internationalen Stakeholdern (C&EE Leadership, EMEA Plattformen, Sales, Service, Shared Functions)

• Analyse von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Kundendaten zur Identifikation von Chancen und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen

• Verantwortung fürKPI-Tracking und Performance Monitoring

• Planung und aktive Rolle bei Kongressen, Events und Kundenformaten

Bevorzugte Anforderungen:

Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit mit Ownership und Umsetzungsstärke, die in der Lage ist, eigenständig Themen voranzutreiben und gleichzeitig verschiedenste Stakeholder effektiv einzubinden.

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder Schwerpunkt Marketing (alternativ vergleichbare Ausbildung/Fachrichtung)

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Marketing, Produktmanagement oder kommerziellen Rollen (idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen)

• Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien mit messbarem Business Impact

• Sie treiben Themen aktiv voran und besitzen eine susgeprägte Stärke in Organisation und Priorisierung

• Sehr gute Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder Management in internationalen, matrixorganisierten Strukturen

• Fundiertes Verständnis von KPIs, Marketing-Analytics und Performance Tracking

• Erfahrung mit Omnichannel-Marketing und datengetriebenen Kampagnen

• Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch

• Bereitschaft, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld flexibel und lösungsorientiert zu agieren

• Reisetätigkeit von ca. 30% innerhalb der zugewiesenen Region C&EE

Von Vorteil:

• Erfahrung im Bereich Krankenhaus-Apotheke, Medikationsmanagement oder Automatisierungslösungen

• Kenntnisse relevanter regulatorischer Rahmenbedingungen im Gesundheitswesen

• Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (z. B. Salesforce) und Marketing-Tools
