Job Description Summary

The BDX Marketing Specialist supports the execution, adaptation and localization of corporate and strategic marketing initiatives across the German market. The role focuses on translating corporate strategies and omnichannel initiatives into impactful local execution (GSA), with a strong emphasis on key accounts, campaigns and cross-channel asset deployment.

Responsibilities:
- Support, adapt and execute corporate marketing strategies and initiatives at local market level.

- Execute omnichannel marketing activities and coordinate the creation, adaptation, translation and approval of marketing assets.

- Support strategic and key customer campaigns in close collaboration with Omnichannel Marketing Manager and Strategic Account Managers.

- Maintain up-to-date impactful corporate assets, such as corporate deck, corporate video, boiler plates, internal and external repositories.

- Curate and refresh bd.com for GSA to further develop and update as needed.

- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure timely, compliant execution in a matrix environment.

- Maintain efficient communication in the BD Matrix, working closely with Strategic Account Managers, Business Unit Omnichannel Experts, European counterparts, internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and measure the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and tools (Saleforce.com, Power BI).

- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Localize and deploy ESG-related marketing assets and integrate sustainability topics into campaigns and key account activities.

- Ad hoc admin support

Preferred Requirements

  • 4+ Experience in Digital Marketing in B2B Industry, ideally in healthcare or regulated industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, digital Marketing or related field

  • Proven Track record working on omnichannel campaigns

  • Experience working in a Matrix organization

  • First-hand Experience with SFDC or CRM equivalent 

  • Frist-hand experience with LinkedIn and ideally LinkedIn Sales Navigator 

  • Experience with Analytics (SFDC, Power BI, Google Analytics...) 

  • Experience with CMS and AEM is a plus 

  • Experience with Veeva Vault, Showpad, Buy Smart is a plus 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Native German-speaking and business-fluent English 

  • Proficiency on Gen AI 

  • Strong analytical skills 

  • Ability to work independently (you are a one woman/man show), and as part of a team. 

  • Excellent written communication skills to produce digital content 

  • Mastery of Microsoft Suite (especially PowerPoint & Excel)

  • Influencing and teaching skills 

  • Strong interest in healthcare

Salary or hourly rate ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates’ progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility. There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. 

The salary or hourly rate offered to a successful candidate is determined by their experience, education, and skills, as well as the labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location.
