Job Description

JobResponsibilities:(PrimaryDuties,Roles,and/orAuthorities)

  • Provide technical support to the Business Excellence department.

  • Train all levels of the organization on Business Excellence programs and materials.

  • Support the planning, design, and execution of Business Excellence programs.

  • Support the BDPS production system deployment through assisting ontrainings, deploying visuals and publicity, managing the Communicationstrategy,and verifyingcomponentteammembers arefollowing the system ground rules.

  • Facilitate the development and deployment of the ZLL – Zero Loss Landscape tool.

  • Facilitate 5S+1, blitzes and kaizenprograms,measureprogress across the facility.

  • Responsible to generate,archiveandmaintaindocuments related to the BE programs for assigned areas.

  • Support documentation and execution of improvement projects.

  • Support recognition events related to Business Excellence.

  • Facilitate the development and deployment of the site strategy as well as the standard workestablishedto execute it.

  • Facilitate andparticipateonblitzes.

  • Provide the necessary support to complete new projects around the facility.

  • Mandatory compliancetogeneral and safety procedures applying to this position.  

  • Complies withthe GMP’s, Quality Standards and established policies and/or procedures.

  • Anyadditionalactivities assigned asrequired

EducationandExperience:

  • High School completed ortechnicalcareer, pursuing a bachelor’s degree

  • Experience in Medical DevicesIndustry preferable

KnowledgeandSkills:

  • Knowledge in Microsoft office, basic understanding of BE concepts: Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen.Additionalsoftware knowledge preferred:Visio, Minitab, AutoCAD. MS Office.

  • Ability to teach basic lean concepts,good communicationskills both written and oral, analytical skills, ability to work as part of a project team

  • Able to understand basic English
