Job Description

Responsabilidades

-       Cumplir las normas de seguridad en su puesto de trabajo.

-       Ejecutar los mantenimientos preventivos, correctivos y regulares de los procesos productivos.

-       Cumplir con las métricas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.

-       Asegurar que se da soporte a los clientes internos: Producción y Calidad, para mantener el  buen funcionamiento de los equipos.

-       Conocimientos de autómatas programables, variadores, sistemas de visión, servomotores.

 -       Coordinado por el Supervisor de mantenimiento, participar en la puesta en marcha de los nuevos equipos.

-       Asegurar la transferencia del conocimiento en mantenibilidad de los nuevos equipos, desde el equipo responsable del proyecto hacia sí mismo.

-       Colaborar en la codificación de los repuestos del nuevo equipo, y asegurar la disponibilidad de repuestos suficientes antes de la puesta en marcha.

-       Asumir la ejecución del mantenimiento de los equipos tras la puesta en marcha

-       Coordinado por el Supervisor de mantenimiento, colaborar con sus conocimientos, con el equipo de mejora de procesos.

-       Minimizar las incidencias técnicas de estos equipos.

-       Colaborar con los ingenieros de procesos y de mantenimiento respecto a la mejora en los equipos.

Requisitos

-       Ciclo formativo de grado Superior o titulación equivalente.

-       Formación adicional: TPM, Autómatas, neumática, hidráulica, programación PLC.

-       Idiomas: Deseable nivel alto de inglés.

 -       Experiencia de al menos 4 años desempeñando funciones técnicas de mantenimiento electromecánico.

Rango salarial del puesto: 30,000 - 34,000
