Job Description

  • Support marketing plans and projects, including professional education program, campaign execution; evaluate effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales and other internal departments to ensure effective communication and support of marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and promotional materials (print ads, brochures, direct mailings, email, web pages, etc.).
  • Support conferences and trade shows as required; maintain awareness of changes in industry practices and technology.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events such as meetings, training sessions and conferences (local and international)
  • Provide administrative support by serving as back-up to departmental staff when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience preferred.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful marketing events.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to others.
