Job Summary
The Executive Search Talent Sourcer is a strategic partner within the Executive Search team, responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing top-tier executive talent (typically Sr. Director and above). This role focuses on building diverse and high-impact leadership pipelines across functions such as Go-to-Market, Sales, Product, and Technology, often within high-growth driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Sourcing & Engagement
Identify and engage passive executive-level candidates using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, x-ray, conference mining, AI tools).
Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical leadership roles across global regions (e.g., EMEA, APAC).
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies aligned with business needs and succession planning.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with executive recruiters and business leaders to understand leadership needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
Deliver market intelligence and talent mapping to inform hiring strategies and influence decision-making.
Candidate Experience & Brand Representation
Provide a white-glove experience to executive candidates, ensuring confidentiality, professionalism, and alignment with company values.
Represent the employer brand effectively in all candidate interactions and sourcing campaigns.
Data-Driven Strategy
Leverage AI and analytics to enhance sourcing efficiency, identify trends, and optimize outreach.
Track and report on sourcing metrics (e.g., pipeline health, diversity, time-to-engage).
Diversity & Inclusion
Implement inclusive sourcing strategies to attract diverse executive talent.
Partner with internal DEI teams to align sourcing efforts with broader organizational goals.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
5+ years of executive sourcing experience required, ideally in both retained search and in-house environments.
Skills & Competencies
Mastery of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM, AI sourcing platforms) required
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills required
Ability to manage multiple executive searches simultaneously with discretion and professionalism required
Experience using market data and insights to drive sourcing strategy required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI-powered sourcing tools and automation.
Global sourcing experience across multiple regions.
Familiarity with executive compensation structures and negotiation dynamics.
