Job Description
- Serve as a dedicated specialist for scheduled Field Actions (inspection, software updates, etc.).
- Visit customer sites nationwide to verify equipment conditions and execute Field Actions based on approved procedures.
- Prepare and submit Field Action reports, documentation, and activity logs in internal systems.
- Identify issues encountered during Field Action processes and escalate promptly to internal technical support.
- Coordinate schedules and collaborate with dealer/partner engineers to ensure smooth Field Action execution.
- Support basic maintenance and inspection of medical devices (Arctic Sun product line).
- Assist in equipment installations and customer training sessions.
- Participate in preliminary troubleshooting activities to support root-cause identification.
- Comply with QMS, service standards, and internal operational procedures.
- Support customer communication and contribute to service satisfaction.
