Project Management brings together centers of excellence and project management offices to optimize the way we plan and execute mission-critical programs to maximize ROI. We are standardizing the way we manage our projects, programs and portfolios of work and how we use tools and methodologies, while continually driving best practice—all to make excellence the standard in delivery every time. Project Management associates also provide support for specific projects and programs.
