As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anaesthesia and closed medication management.
About the role
This is a leadership position, reporting directly to the Country Business Leader MDS Benelux. You will serve as a trusted partner and advisor, crafting and implementing business strategies to drive growth in Belgium and Luxembourg. Your management approach will play a pivotal role in aligning local initiatives with regional and international objectives.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the commercialization strategy, ensuring alignment with the European and BeLux strategy.
- Business Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to build and implement annual business plans that exceed regional targets, focusing on growth drivers and market opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and leadership to the sales team, fostering excellence in execution and skill development.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with key accounts, customers, KOLs, trade associations, and new market professionals to understand local needs and improve the customer experience.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sustained sales growth in the region.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate forecasting, timely reporting, and representation of MDS in BD-wide business meetings.
About you
- Proven experience in the medical industry, particularly in solution selling.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to guide and inspire teams in a multinational environment.
- Problem solver with analytical capabilities and a business approach.
- Experience in crafting and delivering innovative solutions in the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and solution selling.
- Proficient in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
