About the role
In the role of Supply Chain Project Coordinator, you will partner with various stakeholders, including Supply Chain Project Leaders, the logistics team, supply chain planning, and the customer service organization. You will help them by providing reports, metrics, and analytics to create visibility on supply chain performance. Additionally, you will ensure connectivity across all areas to create End-to-End visibility, representing our performance to our customers.
Main responsibilities will include:
Act as a partner to various stakeholders (e.g. Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Customer service, Order Fulfillment) in the End-To End Order to Delivery Process:
- Ensure in depth understanding of the business process & -goals
- Define business reporting & data requirements to measure supply chain performance together with functional leaders
- Build reports, metrics & analytics to support & visualize efficient & effective Supply Chain performance, inclusive relevant stakeholder management
- Identify, discuss, prioritize & manage opportunities for improvement of reporting, metrics & analytics
- Perform maintenance on all reports ensuring integration of new data, replacing of source data, reporting structure, organizational changes, process optimizations, …
- Use existing and new technologies and applications (e.g. Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, BW Hana, …) to maximize efficiency and effectivity of your work
- Ensure connectivity across all areas to create End-To-End visibility through a tiered management system
- Provide training, drive change management and adoption within the organization
Provide project support in Supply Chain performance measurement, reporting, and data management for:
- The EMEA Supply Chain Project Portfolio, which includes various projects aimed at improving efficiency and driving customer experience
- The Business Process Transformation roadmap, where BD is gradually replacing current systems with an ERP landscape featuring SAP S/4 Hana as the backbone. This multiyear roadmap is essential for serving our customers through unified and simplified processes and systems.
About you
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field or equivalent by experience
- Digital savviness: Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel is essential. Knowledge of other Power platform apps, Python, and SAP S/4 Hana is a plus
- Process- and continuous improvement mindset to the benefit of our customer
- Preferably >3 years of relevant experience in a supply chain function
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and structured with cross-functional teams
- Personal values aligned with company culture – having a growth mindset
