As the Associate Director of ISC Analytics, you will report to the Global Supply Chain Director and lead analytics activities linked to the Digital Supply Chain, covering Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver processes (Plan-to-Deliver). You will set the direction for end-to-end analytics strategy, governance, innovation, and business insights. Your role will involve leading the development of data analytics solutions to enhance decision-making.

Job Description

As the Associate Director of ISC Analytics, you will drive analytics and digital transformation by collaborating with various functions to revolutionize supply chain processes. You will align strategies with executive leadership to meet business goals, establish governance mechanisms for resource management, and partner with collaborators to develop scalable solutions. Additionally, you will lead business intelligence efforts through research and problem-solving to generate actionable insights and act as a change agent.

Your Scope of Responsibility:

• Support ISC Transformation: Implement ground breaking solutions and business intelligence capabilities, such as digital twins, ML/AI predictive/prescriptive analytics, competitor analysis, and supply chain process mining.

• Shared Vision Creation: Align digital supply chain and continuous improvement with ISC strategy.

• Cross-Functional Workshops: Organize and participate in workshops to understand business problems and key issues.

• Analytics Standards Implementation: Increase operational efficiency through automation and breakthrough technology.

• Effective Communication: Raise issues impartially and provide data and recommendations to key decision-makers.

• Strategic Direction: Provide leadership during implementation and coordinate programs across multiple manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and planning centers of excellence.

• Resource Management: Manage scope, resources, and budget of the analytics portfolio.

• Technology Savvy: Stay updated on the latest technology developments impacting supply chains.

• Data & Analytics Core Capability: Establish data & analytics as a core capability driving competitive advantage.

• Mentorship: Mentor associates to grow and build a global analytics talent pipeline.

Your Profile:

• Experience: 10-12 years minimum in Supply Chain or Digital/IT transformation in roles such as Digital Transformation Lead, Head of Digital Strategy, or Transformation Program Manager Lead with a proven track record in strategy execution, project management, and vendor management.

• Matrix Organizations: Must have experience in large matrix organizations.

• Senior-Level Skills: High seniority level, leadership, soft management, digital strategy, and communication skills.

• Environment: Experience in SC healthcare is nice to have, but transformation projects in other services are also valuable.

• Continuous Improvement: Strong background in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

• Agile Project Management: Proficiency in tools like Jira and MS DevOps.

• Data Quality Management: Ensuring high standards of data integrity and accuracy.

• Location: Based in Eybens, open to individuals residing in the canton of Vaud or to individuals residing in Franklin Lake, USA with a valid work visa.
