As the project leader from plant for the assigned projects, leads the project team to ensure project objectives and milestones are realistically planned, then met for all project phases. At the same time, manage the spending within budget and leverage the whole resource within this project to make sure success.
作为所分配项目的工厂项目负责人，领导项目团队确保项目目标和里程碑被实际规划并且在所有项目阶段得以实现，同时负责整个项目的成本管理和资源协调确保项目的成功。

Lead Suzhou plant project of new product and new materials introduction, improvement and CTW projects etc…

主导苏州工厂新产品或新材料导入，改善及CTW等项目。

As a project leader, the incumbent will manage the project budget, timeline & resource to ensure they meet the project deliverables.

管理项目预算，时间，资源，确保项目按时完成。

Have capability on writing related document (including drawing, product specification, raw material specification, process map and process risk management and SWI etc).

具备独立编写相关文件的能力(包括图纸、产品规范、原材料规范、工艺流程图及过程风险管理文件以及标准作业指导书等)。

Responsible for plant general engineering specification maintenance and management.

负责工厂相关通用规范文件维护和管理。

Have capability on preparing related validation plan and project (for process, equipment, or product) and to independently complete the validation report.

有能力准备有关项目(工艺，设备或产品)的验证计划，并能够独立完成验证报告。

Have capability on communication in English, be capable to communicate with oversea engineer on the project.

具备良好的英语沟通能力，能够就该项目与国外工程师进行沟通交流。

Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
