We are pleased to introduce BD Workplace 2025 model!
COVID-19 reset the expectation of most workers triggering a shift in the priorities influencing the decision to join or stay with an organization. Knowing that BD is developing a new hybrid model where associates in defined roles have the opportunity to work part of the week remotely, with in-office days focused on collaboration, connection with team members, mentorship and solving complex issues that require in-person interaction.
The new model introduces greater flexibility and enables you to structure work in a way that meets both individual and business needs.
