Supporting the department in different business-related tasks

Manages the employee's new entry and disenrollment movements

Entry process:

  • Receives listing by new personnel recruitment area for hiring process.
  • Verify that documentation required for the new entry file integration is present.
  • Supports recording new entries into the JDE system to obtain employee number.
  • Register new entries into the Human Resources system by filling out all the fields the system requests to this process.
  • Verify that new entry picture is really the new employee.
  • Take fingerprint.
  • Print required documentation: Employment contract, credential, life insurance.
  • Request employee signature in the required documents for his onboarding: Employment contract, life insurance, and fingerprint authorization.
  • Request employee signature and fingerprint in work contract.
  • Register the fingerprint into T-sys for digital signature.
  • Submit for signature and verify employment contracts to be signed by H.R. representative and archive employee file.
  • Notifies the new personnel service area for the assignation of personal locker and gown.
  • Request debit card to new employees for payroll deposit.
  • Record debit card into Human Resources System for new personnel.
  • Generate new hired personnel report in recorded hours starting from entry date, deliver to Payroll.
  • Verify documents check list.
  • Register the new employees in IMSS by the IDSE system.
  • Receive the registration by the IDSE system and move it to the respective employee archive.
  • Ensure the capture of corporative email to the applicable personnel to confirm the connection with T-Sys.

Other responsibilities:

  • Participate in Human Resources and Communication meetings.
  • Participate with initiatives in the implementation of Continuous Improvement in the area and of the different processes of Human Resources, if required.
  • Cover positions within the department when necessary.
  • Participate in events and projects of the department. Maintain 5’s
