Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall business strategy for the medical portfolio, including channel and distributor management, sales management, and people development.
  • Drive the business to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, and related business goals for the medical platform.
  • Collaborate with SEA regional and provide leadership to the country marketing teams for developing and executing marketing and business plans, ensuring alignment with regional strategies.
  • Lead and manage all marketing activities, including market research, new product launches, pricing strategies, marketing communications, and regional event planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, hospital administrators, key opinion leaders, and industry associations to shape relevant policy and clinical guidelines.
  • Oversee sales performance, ensuring achievement of budgeted targets, consistent growth, and effective tracking of in-market and secondary sales.
  • Ensure adherence to commercial processes, pricing norms, and compliance with legal and administrative requirements.
  • Guide and empower the sales and marketing teams, fostering a growth mindset and a culture of accountability and development.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum; healthcare background and MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, with at least 3 years in a Product Manager/Marketing Manager or managerial sales role.
  • Proven experience in managing P&L, channel management, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong marketing strategy, planning, and execution skills.
  • Excellent relationship management, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Vietnam.
  • Proficiency in English.
