This position is responsible for supporting the continuous improvement activities of the manufacturing site.This includes facilitating projects and Blitzes to improve quality, service, and financials; as well as assisting
with activities associated to the CI strategy and goals.

Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)
• The CI Engineer I is responsible to complete the continuous improvement projects assigned at the
plant.
• Support the planning, design, and execution of continuous improvement projects (Kaizen events)
• Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement efforts towards the simplification of
value streams.
• Participate in improvement ideas and drive project execution.
• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
• Execute other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Participate in the assigned CAPA’s
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or studding in the final year of bachelor’s studies.
• 1+ Years or Internship in CI experience preferred. 1+ Years or Internship in Business Process and /
or Change Management related experiences is desirable
Knowledge and Skills:
• Basic understanding of CI concepts: Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen
• Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio)
• Basic Knowledge of cGMP’s. and OSHA.
• Good Communication skills, analytical skills
• Good oral and written skills
• Proven ability to work as part of a project team
• Ability to communicate in English. Ability to communicate in English is preferable
