Responsibilities:
Drive Production Excellence: Transform our master production schedule into detailed, executable plans by analyzing material availability and manufacturing capacity for reagent production. You'll have full ownership of products from order release until they're successfully in stock.
Be the Connector: Serve as the crucial link between Manufacturing, Quality, Master Data, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to prioritize and expedite orders. You'll be the go-to person for accurate reporting of product status for sales orders.
Lead with Data: Develop insightful reports and dashboards using ERP systems, Excel, Python, and SQL to support data-driven decision-making across the plant. Your analysis will directly influence key business decisions.
Optimize Capacity and Inventory: Balance work center capacity with material availability while considering location and expiry dates. You'll maximize material usage to minimize excess inventory and scrap by monitoring production yields and forecast changes.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance our supply chain processes through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Your insights will help us stay ahead in a competitive market.
Manage Complex Problems: Handle complex planning requirements including custom and Make-To-Order processes, providing feasibility assessments and accurate lead times.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business Management
Minimum3 yrs of planning experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with SAP ERP systems and data analysis tools (Excel, Python, SQL)
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Passion for continuous improvement and process optimization
