Essential Duties and Position Responsibilities

• Setup and Operate all Phasix manufacturing equipment including measuring gauges, die cutters, and pouch sealing machines

• Clean and inspect components prior to assembly or final packaging as required

• Assemble, inspect, and package devices per relevant operating procedures

• Operate the Label Printer

• Work independently in a clean room (class 10,000) environment with minimal supervision

• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory/procedural requirements at all times

• Complete all relevant Device History Records (DHR) as required, complying with Quality System requirements

• Vacuum, clean and sanitize rooms, manufacturing areas and equipment as required

• Maintain a good attendance and on-time record as outlined in the Attendance Guidelines for our facility

• The ability to work overtime, as needed

• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills Required:

• Must have ability to read, write, interpret, comprehend, and consistently follow specifications written in English

• Computer literacy / basic ability to use Microsoft Office required

• High School diploma or GED required

• Three or more years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations required

• Experience in medical devices or other regulated industry required

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally

• Must be able to wear a respirator, if required

• Must be able to sit, stand, move, twist and bend to operate, move and clean equipment and clean room(s)
