Job Description

Has the authority and responsibility of managing the resources of the department according to the priority of the leadership group.

Accountable for managing project goals, budget development and tracking, and overall support activities needed to make sure successful project implementation.

Provide input to the program prioritization process and participate in other strategic portfolio processes to guarantee the development programs being funded meet the business strategic objectives.

Management projects including technical solution, implementation, support, and quality compliance.

Prioritize work schedules Manage resource priorities aligned with business objectives

Review project team deliverables to ensure quality (design walk-troughs, test results, etc.) and adherence to standards/regulatory requirements.

Participate in the budget process and be responsible for budget management.

Coordinate financial tracking (roll-up) of multiple project budgets for financial reporting to the management.

Provide performance feedback to the team member’s supervisor/manager.

• Participate in the research, analysis, selection and implementation of new tools, technologies and/or services.

Any additional activities as required

Generate a guide for the department's resources to adhere to the guidelines, policies, and initiatives of the plant.

Gestiona proyectos, incluyendo solución técnica, implementación, soporte y cumplimiento de calidad.

Prioriza los horarios de trabajo y gestiona las prioridades de recursos alineadas con los objetivos del negocio.

Revisa los entregables del equipo del proyecto para asegurar la calidad (revisiones de diseño, resultados de pruebas, etc.) y el cumplimiento de estándares/requisitos normativos.

Participa en el proceso presupuestario y es responsable de la gestión del presupuesto.

Coordinar el seguimiento financiero (consolidado) de múltiples presupuestos de proyectos para la presentación de informes financieros a la dirección.

Proporcionar retroalimentación sobre el desempeño al supervisor/gerente del miembro del equipo

Participar en la investigación, análisis, selección e implementación de nuevas herramientas, tecnologías y/o servicios

Cualquier actividad adicional según se requiera.

Generar una guía para que los recursos del departamento cumplan con las directrices, políticas e iniciativas de la planta

Education and Experience:

• Engineering Degree or affined

• 5+ years of experience on the Medical Industry, 3+ years of experience on project management.

• Expertise and technical education in Business Intelligence, Integration and Collaboration Platforms

• Experience applying customer interaction skills.

• Proven track record on management delivering projects.

• Leadership experience

• Experience in capital management

Educación y Experiencia:

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of project development and implementation processes.

Through understanding of medical device manufacturing especially as it relates to FDA (GMP) manufacturing requirements.

Project Management – Six Sigma Certification is a plus.

Certification in PMP is an extra

Solid technical knowledge

Solid business acumen

Presentation skills, oral and written communication, and teamwork skills.

Experience leading groups, teamwork.

Effective Communication

Skills to establish interpersonal relationships

Ability to communicate well, both orally and written in English
