Sr Director - ISC Customer Excellence

Lead global programs /actions that support business initiatives and ensure the delivery of world-class products to our customers.
Play a key role in defining and aligning actions based on critical customer complaints, focusing on technology, process, and controls improvements with a zero-defect approach.
This role necessitates close collaboration with quality operations leadership to develop and align plans, reinforcing our quality blueprint and culture across our sites.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define/Align actions based on different critical customer complaints focusing on technology, process & controls improvements with zero defect mindset with global LT.
  • Close collaboration with quality ops leadership in developing/aligning all the plans and reinforcing quality blueprint & culture across sites.   
  • Lead the funding and resourcing of all actions with plant and cross functional global teams (GIE/Quality/R&D) to drive timely execution on sites 
  • Lead timely execution of the plan across mfg. sites coordinating with teams in plants and global teams 
  • Ensuring the roll out and harmonization of all improvement plans across sites 
  • Participate / Represent ISC in Customer Engagement governance meetings and own ISC follow ups 
  • Report out to business and functional LT on progress and escalate the deviation with mitigation plans 
  • Ensure the prioritization/alignment within ISC to ensure zero impact SQCDP/ plant performance
