Hands-on apply technical knowledge to resolve machine and process issues regarding mechanical, electrical or programming of high-speed automated equipment. Performs corrective and preventive maintenance.Coordinate production associates in the equipment or assigned area. Work together with manufacturing supervisor to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost metrics.

Essential Key Abilities, Skills and Experience:
Excellent attitude for service
Bilingual English and Spanish desired.

Commitment to Safety, by following site safety procedures and applying safety equipment as required for daily tasks.
High level of mechanical analysis.
Strong electrical knowledge.
Electrical diagrams interpretation.
Experience in Hi-Speed automated equipment.
Allen Bradley PLC basics programming.
Servo drives (Kinetix) troubleshooting.
Vision systems (Keyence, Cognex) knowledge.
Automation Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate production associates to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics.
Captures downtime, scrap, production to generate reports about performance of designated area.
Provides and facilitates training to new production associates.
Follow procedures and documents, such as standard operating procedures and manufacturing related documents.
Review and completion of batch records for manufacturing to ensure compliance.
Ability to coordinate the manufacturing schedule for batch execution
Hands-on development improvements to high-speed automated equipment for the manufacturing of medical devices.
Performs troubleshooting and maintenance of high-speed automated equipment.
Use his technical knowledge and troubleshooting to resolve issues and improve the performance of the automated machines.
Follow all safety procedures and identify/communicate the necessary adjustments to address potential safety concerns, including the proper use of PPE (Personal Protection Equipment).
Work with BD production, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure that goals are met.
Maintain primary communication of performance goals and requirements identified by management.
