Job Description
Role Purpose
The Field Marketing Associate is responsible for driving the local execution of marketing strategies and commercial programs across the region. The role translates global and regional marketing priorities into effective in-market execution, with a strong focus on demand generation, customer engagement, sales enablement, product adoption, market development and measurable business impact for its product segment.
The role requires strong customer proximity, execution discipline, marketing performance management and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Marketing Strategy & Local Execution
- Translate global and regional marketing strategies, campaigns, product launches and growth priorities into clear local execution plans.
- Ensure marketing initiatives are adapted to local market dynamics, customer needs, competitive context and commercial priorities.
- Drive disciplined execution of field marketing plans, ensuring alignment with Sales, Product Marketing and Business Leadership.
- Provide structured feedback from the field to help inform global marketing priorities and roadmap, market development opportunities and customer engagement strategies.
- Support the planning and execution of go-to-market initiatives, ensuring readiness, adoption and follow-up at country level.
2. Demand Generation & Pipeline Acceleration
- Execute and amplify locally deployed lead generation initiatives in partnership with the Optichannel & Communications Specialist and Sales teams.
- Collaborate with Optichannel and communication specialist to adapt and maximize the reach of lead generation campaigns across channels in your geographies, including digital, events, account-based initiatives and sales-driven activities.
- Partner with Sales teams to support pipeline creation, opportunity development and conversion in priority accounts and market segments.
- Develop fact-based account targeting approaches and messaging strategies to increase penetration in existing customers and support competitive conversion.
3. Campaign Execution & Performance Management
- Ensure campaign assets, messaging, value propositions and customer-facing materials are relevant for local markets and customer segments.
- Partner closely with the Optichannel & Communications Specialist and local commercial teams to adapt and reinforce global campaigns through targeted in-country marketing activities
- Ensure strong sales force engagement, alignment with commercial priorities, and effective follow-up of marketing-generated leads to maximize campaign adoption, funnel progression, and business impact.
4. Sales Enablement & Commercial Readiness
- Equip Sales teams with the tools, content, messaging and training required to effectively engage customers and support business growth.
- Drive adoption of marketing tools, campaign frameworks and sales enablement materials across the region.
- Support sales training activities related to campaigns, product launches, market development initiatives and customer engagement priorities.
- Ensure field teams are prepared to communicate value propositions, address customer needs and activate campaigns effectively.
5. Product Adoption, Launch Support & Market Development
- Drive product adoption and market development initiatives in partnership with European Field Marketing Associates, Sales and Application Specialist.
- Support launch planning and launch execution by ensuring local readiness, sales enablement commercial strategy alignment, effective rollout and funnel tracking, as well as post-launch monitoring.
- Support the development of local strategies to expand market penetration, accelerate adoption and strengthen competitive positioning. Carry out win/loss analysis and identify barriers to adoption, providing actionable recommendations to improve market penetration, customer conversion, and competitive positioning.
- Consolidate customer, market, and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities, barriers to adoption, and emerging market trends, providing actionable recommendations to regional and global stakeholders.
6. Customer Engagement, Events & Market Proximity
- Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and strategic customer advocates to support market development, product adoption, and customer education initiatives.
- Lead the business planning and prioritization of local customer events, congresses, and workshops, including objectives, audience targeting, content strategy, customer engagement, and lead follow-up.
- Ensure events and customer engagements are designed to generate measurable impact, including lead creation, customer education, product adoption and relationship development.

Qualification
- 3-7 years of experience in Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or related commercial roles.
- Experience within the medical device, diagnostics, healthcare, life sciences, or B2B technology industries preferred.
- Demonstrated success and experience in customer engagement, product launches, market development programs and commercial activation initiatives.
- Strong track record of partnering with sales organizations to drive pipeline development, customer engagement, complex commercial discussions and tender opportunities
- Experience coordinating and executing customer events, workshops, congresses, and educational programs.
- Experience collecting and translating customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience measuring campaign performance, lead generation effectiveness, and return on marketing investments.
- Ability to develop customer-centric messaging and account targeting approaches.
- Strong sales enablement capabilities, including development and deployment of customer-facing materials and training programs.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Commercial Excellence teams.
Technical Skills
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce (SFDC).
- Experience using content management and sales enablement tools such as Showpad.
- Strong analytical capabilities with Excel, Power BI, or equivalent reporting and dashboarding tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
