Key Responsibilities

As a HiredScore Evaluator, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment Sourcing: Identify and attract outstanding candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Job Marketing: Develop and implement effective job marketing strategies to promote open positions.
• Candidate Assessment: Evaluate potential candidates to determine their fit for the role and our company culture.

• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities strictly adhere to legal and organizational guidelines.

What We Are Looking For
