We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tulip Sr Analyst Business Partner with a deep understanding of SAP and JDE in the Manufacturing space. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and facilitating projects that involve technical upgrades and functional enhancements to our MES Tulip platform and MIH (Manufacturing Integration Hub). This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of new capabilities and features.

Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate and Facilitate Projects: Lead the roll-out of technical upgrades and functional enhancements to our MES Tulip platform across various sites. Additionally, manage the implementation of upgrades and enhancements for MIH (Manufacturing Integration Hub).
Maintain Project Lifecycle: Adhere to the TGS Operating model and oversee the lifecycle of MES Tulip projects and enhancements within the IT portfolio management system.
Evaluate Business Needs: Understand and assess the business requirements and objectives for developing new capabilities within the platform.
Develop and Maintain Roadmaps: In consultation with business stakeholders, create and maintain Tulip Roadmaps that guide the development and implementation of new features.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of user requirement specifications to ensure clarity and alignment with business needs.
Validation Deliverables: Provide input and contribute to validation deliverables such as the Validation Plan and the Validation Summary Report.
Application Design: Participate in joint application design sessions with the TGS MES Platform Technical team, vendors, and business partners to ensure cohesive development and implementation of new features.
Testing and Integration: Contribute to the testing of new features and functionalities in the MES Tulip platform. Facilitate integration testing with SAP, JDE, and other enterprise systems connected to the MES Tulip platform.
Issue Management: Identify, capture, and escalate any issues or gaps to the TGS MES Platform Technical team and vendors, ensuring timely resolution.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality, performance, and security of the software by following standard validation methodologies and best practices.
User Training: Train site super users on new capabilities and support the maintenance of job aids and documentation to ensure effective adoption and usage.
Communication: Communicate effectively with internal customers and collaborators throughout the lifecycle of technical upgrade projects and enhancements, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Collaborate with the other team members and the vendors by pro-actively providing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement purposes on the TGS internal processes, Business processes supported by MES.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality or a closely related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience with an MES, preferably with Tulip or Apriso platform or equivalent, with a focus on SAP and JDE Integration
Strong knowledge of MES Tulip platform and MIH (Manufacturing Integration Hub)
Proven experience in project management, particularly in coordinating technical upgrades and functional enhancements with multi-functional teams
Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create detailed user requirement specifications
Experience in validation deliverables such as Validation Plans and Validation Summary Reports
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in training users and maintaining documentation
Understanding of software quality assurance, performance, and security standard processes
Knowledge of medical device manufacturing processes including quality control and material traceability per GXP requirements
Ability to translate complex business/technical needs into manageable requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Passion for Digital Transformation and emerging technologies
Previous experience in medical device manufacturing environments
Advanced certifications in project management or related fields
