Le site de Pont de Claix regroupe le siège mondial de l’unité PharmaceuticalSystems, une unité de production parmi les 6 sites de production mondiaux (France, UK, Singapour, Japon, US, Mexique) et le marché Français pour les autres unités du groupe BD.
NOTRE DEPARTEMENT
Au sein du site du Pont-de-Claix (38), vousintégrerez l’équipe« Container Design andDevelopment »au sein du département R&D, ayant pour mission de développer les futurs produits BD de la branche Pharmaceuticalsystems(seringue pré-remplissable).
VOTRE MISSION
Contexte
Dans le cadre de notre transformation digitale et de l’optimisation des processus, nous souhaitons automatiser la gestion des actifs externes et mettre en place un benchmarking technologique. Ce projet s’inscrit dans une démarche d’amélioration continue et d’efficacité opérationnelle.
Mission
Analyser les processus actuels de gestion des actifs externes.
Identifier les opportunités d’automatisation et proposer des solutions adaptées.
Réaliser un benchmarking des technologies disponibles sur le marché (outils, plateformes, solutions innovantes).
Définir les critères de sélection et évaluer les solutions en fonction des besoins internes.
Participer à la mise en place d’un prototype ou d’une preuve de concept.
Rédiger des recommandations pour le déploiement à l’échelle du plan.
VOTRE PROFIL
Étudiant(e) en école d’ingénieur
Compétences enanalyse de processus,automatisation, etveille technologique.
Bonnes capacités de synthèse et de communication.
Autonomie, curiosité et esprit d’innovation.
Rigueur, synthèse, esprit d’équipe et communication.Maîtrise de l’anglais oral et écrit.
Fourchette de rémunération de 8 000 à 10 000 €
