Propósito

Asegura la integridad de los activos de la empresa, así como la seguridad de los empleados, contratistas y visitantes que acceden a la empresa. Protege los activos de la empresa y reporta cualquier situación de robo, interrupción del proceso que sea perjudicial para el bienestar de la empresa.

Responsabilidades

Mantener la seguridad de los empleados al ingresar a las instalaciones utilizando el sistema de seguridad por CCTV.
Monitorear al personal del proveedor de seguridad que ofrece servicio y mantiene la integridad física de las instalaciones.
Informe sobre situaciones durante el turno que puedan amenazar la seguridad de la empresa. Realice una investigación preliminar de los eventos (por ejemplo, revisar grabaciones, realizar entrevistas y preguntas). Proporcione información de manera verbal o por escrito a la gerencia.
Inspeccionar las condiciones y la seguridad de todas las áreas de la empresa, incluida la sala limpia. 10%Asegurar las instalaciones patrullando, monitoreando y vigilando la instalación.
Rastrear y gestionar el inventario de Equipo de Protección Personal (EPP)
Operar el sistema de lucha contra incendios y el sistema de detección de incendios.
Llegar a tiempo al trabajo, asistencia regular sin ausencias excesivas y trabajar un período completo de 8 horas o más.

Educación/Experiencia

Secundaria completa o equivalente
Experiencia previa trabajando en un entorno de servicio y procesos de seguridad similar (Preferido)

Habilidades

Buenas habilidades de comunicación.
Capaz de leer, comprender, escribir y hablar el idioma local
Familiaridad con operaciones básicas de computación
Capacidad para operar sistemas de monitoreo de seguridad basados en computadora, incluyendo conocimiento de comandos y respuestas del sistema
Buenas habilidades interpersonales
Conocimiento y cumplimiento de las pautas de Salud y Seguridad Ambiental y de Calidad
Estricta atención a los detalles
Debe ser capaz de trabajar con mínima supervisión siguiendo instrucciones generales
Cumplir con todas las reglas y requisitos de la empresa (p.ej., protocolos de pandemia, reglas de Salud y Seguridad Ambiental) y tomar medidas de control adecuadas para prevenir lesiones a sí mismos y a otros, así como para la protección del medio ambiente y la prevención de la contaminación dentro de su ámbito de influencia/control.
