Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex business, operational, and integration projects within an international and cross-functional environment. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects, coordinating multiple functions including Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Legal, and Operations to ensure that project milestones, deliverables, and business-critical changes are implemented successfully and on time.
The position will have a strong project leadership focus, approximately 60%, combined with Continuous Improvement and Business Excellence activities, approximately 40%. A key aspect of the role will be understanding the commercial structure and business impact of projects, translating business requirements into clear project plans, and effectively mobilizing stakeholders to deliver results. Projects may include operational integration activities related to acquired product portfolios, where regulatory, supply chain, legal, and commercial changes need to be carefully coordinated to ensure continued product commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business, operational, and integration projects, managing approximately 4 to 5 projects simultaneously from initial planning through execution and project closure.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders, including Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Legal, and Operations, establishing clear responsibilities, timelines, priorities, and expectations.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, proactively monitoring milestones, dependencies, risks, scope changes, and potential delays, and implementing corrective actions when required.
- Lead projects with significant operational and commercial impact, ensuring that regulatory, product, process, and organizational changes are implemented on time and do not negatively affect the ability to commercialize products.
- Drive Continuous Improvement and Business Excellence initiatives, including Kaizen workshops and structured problem-solving activities, ensuring that agreed action plans are implemented and their effectiveness is monitored.
- Monitor and communicate project performance using appropriate project management tools and methodologies, providing stakeholders with clear visibility of progress, risks, decisions, and results, while capturing lessons learned at project closure.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally managing operational, commercial, integration, or business transformation projects within complex international organizations.
- Experience working in highly regulated or complex industries. Previous experience within Pharmaceuticals, MedTech, Medical Devices, or Automotive environments would be highly desirable.
- Desirable Official PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, combined with strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, project planning, and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated experience in Continuous Improvement and Business Excellence, ideally including practical experience with Kaizen, Lean principles, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Advanced English proficiency, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence, align, and mobilize cross-functional teams.
- Strong autonomy, resilience, creativity, motivation, and drive, with the ability to navigate uncertainty, manage competing priorities, and quickly become autonomous within a fast-paced environment.
Salary range: 58.000 - 64.000 euros
