Job Description

Avaliar o desempenho dos parceiros comerciais e identificar oportunidades de melhoria

  • Gerenciar e monitorar o funil de vendas (pipeline) e o avanço das oportunidades
  • Acompanhar visitas de campo com os parceiros quando necessário
  • Trabalhar junto aos executivos de vendas dos parceiros para identificar gaps e melhorias
  • Objetivo: Garantir a evolução adequada das oportunidades no pipeline

Capacitar e desenvolver os parceiros comerciais

  • Conduzir treinamentos e sessões de atualização com a força de vendas dos parceiros
  • Assegurar o correto entendimento do portfólio de produtos e serviços
  • Objetivo: Garantir que os parceiros estejam aptos a comercializar soluções de automação

Gerenciar e reportar a performance dos parceiros de canal

  • Consolidar e apresentar à liderança resultados operacionais e projeções de crescimento por setor e território
  • Utilizar dashboards de CRM para acompanhamento de KPIs e métricas por parceiro
  • Objetivo: Apoiar a tomada de decisões estratégicas e impulsionar o crescimento de vendas

Identificar e desenvolver novos parceiros de canal

  • Realizar prospecção ativa por meio de pesquisas, bases de dados, eventos e visitas de campo
  • Avaliar o potencial de novos parceiros nos territórios estratégicos
  • Objetivo: Expandir a cobertura comercial e aumentar a penetração de mercado

Desenvolver e executar iniciativas conjuntas com parceiros

  • Criar e implementar campanhas de marketing e programas de incentivo em conjunto
  • Liderar reuniões recorrentes com equipes comerciais e de marketing de ambas as organizações
  • Objetivo: Gerar leads qualificados e assegurar participação em eventos estratégicos

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo (obrigatório)
  • Áreas de formação: Farmácia, Marketing, Administração, Gestão de Projetos ou similar.
  • Pós-graduação não obrigatória (desejável, mas não mandatória)
  • Inglês: nível intermediário (obrigatório) / Espanhol básico (desejável)
  • Experiencia prévia com vendas indiretas (gestão de distribuidores)
  • Experiencia com venda de projetos de capital
  • Experiencia com o segmento de varejo (Farmácia) (Desejável)
  • Disponibilidade paraestar em campo incluindo viagens: 60%-70% do tempo (de acordo aos planos de negócio).
