Job Description

The Change Control specialist coordinates and oversees the end-to-end change control process across sites, providing coaching, training, system expertise (Pega), governance, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement to ensure process effectiveness and compliance

Activities & Responsabilities

  • Coordinate the local changes with the local teams.

  • Coach (practices + knowledges) to the actors at each step of the change control process

  • Training

  • Centralize and save the change control documentation on the sharepoint. Follow-up with the functions that have actions in progress.

  • Super user on Pega ( change control management system)

  • Prepare and co-animate the WorldWide Change control board with the Change control manager.

  • Define, implement, and maintain the forms, the tools allowing the follow-up and the review of change control process, and the interaction with global team for Pega enhancements

  • Run the data for the metrics to pilot the activity. Assess and verify change control process health through KPI.

  • Maintain the spreadsheets, the associated indicators and suggest improvements.

  • In case of non-performance, define, implement and monitor corrective actions

  • Gamba walk: under the responsibility of the WW change control manager to establish and execute an audit plan on BDMPS sites to ensure the process compliance. Define an action plan with the auditees and follow up on the deployment

  • Audits (customers, regulatoty, internal) as necessary, Answer audit solicitation. Present change control process during external and internal audits. Define associated remediation plan if necessary

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001/13485)

  • Organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy

  • Communication and influence skills

  • Fluent in English

  • Persistence to drive with autonomy solutions despite obstacles.

  • Teamwork skills: Ability to work with diverse and multicultural teams across the organization.           

  • Knowledgeable of project management

Salary Range: 40.000 - 55.000 euros
