VETS ARG – Veterans Employee & Troop Support Group
Connect with peers, access mentorship, join leadership-supported networking, and find community as you transition and grow your civilian career.

BD SkillBridge Fellowship
A 3–6 month program that provides hands-on civilian experience aligned to your military background, education and career aspirations. Fellows gain MEDTECH industry exposure, role-specific training and the possibility of full-time employment.

Military Spouse Support – The 4+1 Commitment
BD proudly supports military spouses through Hiring Our Heroes and the 4+1 Commitment, helping reduce the high unemployment rate among military families. As a Military Spouse Employment Partner, BD offers flexibility, continuity and career pathways wherever life takes you.
